I have always loved cooking, as far back as I can remember. My father used to teach me how to make traditional family dishes sparking an enthusiasm for quality and improvement which continues. My professional carreer began in the yachting industry. For eight years I worked on super-yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, catering for many discerning clients, including royalty. This served to feed my confidence that I could turn a talent into a career. Coming back to UK, I took a Cordon Bleu course and on graduating established the business which has now been growing for nearly 10 years.
I am registered with Sheffield City Council and have the highest 5-star rating in food hygiene and safety.
