About the Business

Since the start of his career, Scott has been recognised for his sheer flair and fresh approach to producing superb food. His CV is littered with awards and rosettes, most notably a Michelin star at The Plough at Clanfield, and his food has been enjoyed by an extensive list of VIPs, including the Queen and Prince Phillip, Sultan of Brunei and his family, President Clinton and Margaret Thatcher (by personal request!).

As well as working in award-winning pubs, Scott has worked in most of London's 5-Star hotels and premier event caterers in a senior capacity. His talents have seen him chef at many a state function as well as Wimbledon, Ascot, Twickenham and Silverstone. He has also worked as Executive Chef on Celebrity Cruiseline ships, the Century and Millenium, where he served up to 3500 passengers and 1000 crew. In 2001, Scott began operating his own award-winning restaurant, pub and hotel, The White Hart in Chalfont St Giles.
