About the Business

A talented City & Guilds qualified chef, Tony's work experience started in Halifax before travelling across the globe to Australia in 1989. Restless feet brought him back to our shores in 1992 to work in 5 star hotels in Brighton and Jersey before sailing off on the P&O Oriana to spend 5 years serving quality meals to 1000's of satisfied travellers on each cruise.

Tony finally came "home" and settled back in Halifax where in 2001 he created "Food 4 Thought". He had one key aim in mind; to create a food oriented business providing 1st rate catering built around quality, locally-sourced fresh food. In just a few years "Food 4 Thought" has developed into the accomplished company we see today, having also become a limited company in 2008.
