Serving Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich and the East Anglia region from our base near Fakenham, we specialise in delicious spit roast and barbecue catering for any celebration, wedding and corporate event. Providing a truly professional, personalised and friendly service for up to 4,000 guests, we offer catering with a difference. We don't just do spit roasts - we expertly prepare canapés, finger buffets, incredible desserts and after dinner coffee as part of the service. All the food we provide is sourced and ordered from local suppliers and farmers that specifically have organic, free-range and outdoor rearing policies.
Not only does this guarantee exceptional flavour, it also ensures a more comfortable and relaxed environment for the animals. We use traditional spit roasting equipment and top of the range commercial barbecues to ensure those tastes you enjoy so much! We flame grill a wide range of food that is a talking point for its amazing taste as much as the way it is prepared.
