David Lawson-Evans and Claire Walsh - the co-owners of HR Catering - are passionate about food. At HR we pride ourselves on the innovation and the unique styles and flavours we use. With catering experience throughout every continent David has managed to meld together flavours, colours and dishes suitable for every and any occasion which you want to be special and memorable. HR has a wide experience in catering for all sizes of events and functions from small private dinner parties to weddings and large celebration events.
We pride ourselves on using, wherever possible, purely local produce and sustainable sources without affecting the quality or standard of our work. HR Catering can provide you with a tray of freshly prepared quality sandwiches or a fully decorated cold buffet, an assortment of modern and imaginative canapes or consult with you to produce a bespoke dinner party menu to suit all occasions and requirements.
