About the Business

We specialise in whole spit roasted pigs slowly cooked turning for a minimum of seven hours to produce succulent self basted pork and the finest crackling imaginable. Your spit roasted pig will be cooked and carved in our fully stainless steel roasters in front of your guests and served with fresh large bread rolls baked on the day of your event at our local bakers, tasty sage and onion stuffing and topped with fruity apple sauce. We also offer fresh homemade salads and side dishes, prepared using as much local or home grown produce as possible from our local sources. We can tailor to your requirements and hot new potatoes make accompanied with salads etc make a great meal. Any number of guests can be catered for and we will serve the first to the same high standard as the last.
