Involved in the catering industry for over 25 years, Premier Roast has served food at thousands of events across the country. The hog roast area of the business has grown heavily since 2009, as demand for hog roasts and spit roasts has soared. Our unique network of chefs gives the customer peace of mind that we will not cancel or "no-show" on their event - something which unfortunately is common with some other suppliers. Our reliability, pricing and overall quality of service is what keeps customers coming back.
