Thurling Catering Ltd has been run by brothers Ian and Roy of over fifteen years. Both Ian and Roy hold NVQ 1 2 3, in catering, Ian also achieved a C&G diploma in restaurant management. Roy alsoachieved a top award with a diploma in advanced culinary arts and was awarded The Restaurateurs Association of Great Britain Shield for his outstanding craft skills in the field of Food Production. Both Ian and Roy have had over 30 years' experience in the catering industry.
