I started cooking Paella full time seven years ago, I was amazed to find how popular it is! A great alternative to the usual Hog roast or BBQ. There are so many different paellas - meat, seafood, vegetarian etc. The most popular paella I do is Chicken, Chorizo & Prawn, the perfect combination! Indoors or outside, I arrive, set up, and cook your paella fresh, and serve it from the pan, catering from 20 to 350+ is no problem!
