About the Business
How did we get to the top of the catering ladder with a list of clients that includes some of the most discerning palates in the South? It started way back in 1974 when we set up our family catering business from a converted village bakery in Sussex. It was a natural move for us as we both come from families of bakers. When we made the journey to Bournemouth in 1990, word soon got round about the quality and reliability of our service - always backed up with happy, smiling faces!
