We are a family-owned business with over 18 years of experience providing professional hog roast and BBQ catering across Lancashire and surrounding areas.
Our speciality is traditional whole hog roast catering, with the hog slow-roasted on site to produce tender, succulent meat and deliciously crisp crackling. We also offer freshly cooked BBQ menus with a great choice of meats and accompaniments.
We cater for weddings, birthdays, private parties, corporate events, celebrations, festivals and community events, from smaller gatherings through to large events of up to 2,000 guests.
We pride ourselves on great food, generous portions and friendly, reliable service. Everything is prepared and cooked fresh on site, with a professional serving station provided for your guests.

Burnley, LancashireHad an amazing experience with these guys for my 40th birthday party. The food was absolutely brilliant, honestly some of the best catering I’ve had. We went for the hog roast with the BBQ as well, and the quality of the BBQ meats was fantastic. Everything was fresh, tasty and there was plenty for everyone. The whole thing was just spot on and made the party even better. I’ll definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
