Cream Catering provides the highest quality catering services at the best value to our customers and through application of expert commercial aptitude, provide employment opportunities to those who have experienced mental ill health. We operate a self-sustaining catering service that meets the standards expected by our clients, whilst achieving operational and financial targets. In addition, being a CIC Social Enterprise we offer a range of employment opportunities for people who have experienced mental ill health or learning disabilities. Our Profits- Cream Catering is a C.I.C. and social enterprise. We have no shareholders and therefore do not pay dividends. All our profits are re invested into the company. Our people- We are proud that 40% of our staff are people who have been long term unemployed with mental ill health or learning disabilities and are now independently employed with Cream Catering.
