We believe passionately in making fantastic British food using fresh, good quality, seasonal ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. Established in Hertfordshire since 1985 by my very talented mum Patricia Syme and joined by son Joe in 2003, we are a family run, ethical company, committed to providing great value food whilst ensuring our staff and suppliers are fairly paid.
