Our sample menus can be viewed on our web site and are designed and produced by Dan and his team. Menus are reviewed annually to reflect current trends, demand and customer feedback. In consultation with you, we will design specific menus to meet your taste, budget and any specific dietary requirements you or your guests might have. We have relationships with a wide range of niche suppliers and believe strongly in responsibly sourced produce. We prefer to use smaller, local businesses where possible - rather than large national suppliers.

This enables us to work closer with our suppliers to ensure that we get the highest quality products with full traceability on much of the produce we use. This attention to details allows the quality of our menus to stand out from our competitors. We offer a full range of menus to suit any occasion such as fork buffets, canapés, bbq's, hog roasts, finger buffets and private dining experiences.
