About the Business

Formerly the Proper Pizza Co, Nomadi is a mobile wood-fired pizza catering company based in Norfolk, providing parties and events with incredible pizzas since 2008. Our mobile pizza ovens have been all around the country, serving up delicious, freshly made pizza to parties of all shapes and sizes.

We have a range of wood-fired pizza party options available to suit any type of event, from weddings and other intimate parties to large public gatherings and corporate events. Our pizza vans will travel across East Anglia, from Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

We provide mobile pizza catering with the same amount of care and attention to detail as an authentic wood-fired pizzeria restaurant, and use fresh, locally sourced ingredients in our food.

Our pizzas are made by hand the traditional Neapolitan way, and cooked to perfection in our authentic wood-fired ovens. Each pizza takes only 90 seconds at 400-degree heat, so you won’t be waiting long!

Business Services

Weddings Catering

Looking for something a little special for your wedding reception? Wood-fired pizza is a fantastic alternative to the traditional sit-down meals you usually see at weddings. We have a variety of wood-fired pizza catering options available to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets.

Our mobile wood-fired pizza ovens can be set up almost anywhere. We make our pizzas by hand in front of your guests, and the glowing wood fire will really add a touch of magic and romance to your big day.

Authentic Neapolitan Pizzas

All our artisan pizzas are made by hand in the centuries-old Neapolitan tradition — with a thin base, crispy crust, and fresh, flavoursome ingredients.

People who usually find pizzas too heavy or greasy are often pleasantly surprised by how light our wood fired pizzas are, and if you have never had the pleasure of enjoying a brick oven pizza before, it’s likely to be the best you’ve ever eaten.

Baked at 400-degree heat in an Italian brick oven, wood-fired pizza has a unique, authentic flavour that simply cannot be replicated in a standard oven. The high heat means that each wood fire pizza is cooked to perfection in only 90 seconds.
