Deborah Payton Foods (DPF) is a privately run catering company conveniently located in Lower Kingswood, near Reigate, Surrey and run by its founder, Deborah Payton. Professionally trained with 30years of culinary experience, Deborah is a Cordon Bleu Chef with a vast catering repertoire. From executive/working lunches, dinner parties and weddings to funerals, corporate events and even larger functions such as balls.
You might know me from my days at Gemini, the award-winning restaurant in Tadworth, which I opened 14 years ago and ran with my wife Debbie. I wanted to cook what I like to eat myself, and so therestaurant evolved, embracing dishes from Europeto South-East Asia and everywhere in between. We had achieved our goals with Gemini, so after 14 years, we decided to sell the restaurant and start a new project which would enable me to see a little bit more of my family!
Jacqueline Mazur (proprietor) Attained a Higher National Diploma in Catering Management at Westminster Catering College (a couple of years before Jamie Oliver!), and Level 4 Award in Managing FoodSafety (run by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health). Before setting up Delicious Dishes, Jackie spent four years as a Manager for a Fine Foods Company in London. Jackie is driven by a passion for fresh ingredients, sourced from local suppliers, and a desire to create a professional event.

Me neither but when Buffalo Catering organised me and my wife's 75th birthday party I knew the answer to all those questions.
I am now celebrating 28 years as a Caterer, this has been very rewarding period of my life, giving me great satisfaction knowing every event is special. I generally bespoke every menu and, oftenproducing recipes personally for my clients. I am the main influence of all my catering events and will be seen back of house in my apron! I am supported by my husband Jon and daughters, Stefanie, Lucinda and Olivia who all have their own roles within the business.
