About the Business
Carol started Carol's Catering over 25 years ago. She began catering for private functions, weddings etc. Word of mouth soon got the business into corporate catering. Joanne, Carol's daughter, joined Carol and her small team some five years later. Ian, now Joanne's husband, joined the ever-growing business 18months later. Since then the team has expanded, employing local people, some of whom have been with us for over 15 years. We at Carol's Catering take our responsibilities to our customers, our staff and the environment very seriously. Our staff are vital to the continued success of the business and that's why we strive to train our people to the highest standards in hygiene, food preparation and customer service.
