About the Business

Catering by ME was founded by Matthew Eades, a professional chef who has been catering for events, large and small, for over 10 years. Always a lover of great food, Matthew left his career as a Mechanical Engineer with a large design consultancy in order to pursue this passion professionally. From humble beginnings as a commis chef at a local restaurant and completing a part time cookery qualification, Matthew now heads up the Catering by ME team in providing complete catering services for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, church Alpha courses and other events across the south east of England.
