About the Business

At Marmalade we have a great family ethos with many of our staff having been with us from the very beginning. Our team members are all highly proficient & very welcoming, presented in discreet black uniform with our company logo and orchestrated by an experienced event manager. We will always ensure to have ample staff on hand to provide you and your guests perfect hospitality.

Our head chef has gained a wealth of knowledge in the catering industry, spending the early years in some of Londons finest Hotels before venturing into event catering. This lead to several years spent in the motorsport scene, working with Jordan F1, BAR Honda, Williams F1, Audi motorsport & the BTCC.

Our events manager has a vast amount of experience. Before joining Marmalade Denise managed events at Goodwood, Royal Ascot & Cheltenham Racecourses, Twickenham Stadium and the Royal Pavilion amongst other venues. Now responsible for orchestrating all our events as well as marketing and securing new business.
