All strong companies grow and develop over time. MKC is no exception. When husband and wife team Mike and Anna Kernall launched the company in 2002, the mission was to create amazing restaurant quality food for a large number of guests and this is something we have developed and achieved.
Mike has built on his twenty five years of experience, gained working within some of the best restaurants and hospitality facilities the world over giving him a unique and eclectic talent at cultural food and taste fusions.
