Our philosophy embraces three key elements - immense pride in what we create, use of the highest quality locally sourced ingredients and a belief that good food is central to any successful social event.
We are caterers based nr Bath in the Somerset countryside and we are surrounded by amazing produce. We are committed to using locally-sourced food wherever possible and to supporting the local economy. We have established strong relationships with excellent local food suppliers to ensure we source the best produce for our menus and we respond to the changing seasons, adapting our menus accordingly. We will only use free-range eggs and free-range poultry/meat, support good animal husbandry practices and our seafood comes from proven sustainable sources and is as local as geographically possible.
