Peter is a Master Baker. He had his first contact with the baking industry when he left school aged 15 and went to work for a family run bakery in Essex. He left the Baking industry for a while tojoin the Merchant Navy. Having completed two round-the-world trips, Peter left the Navy and attended Southampton Bakery College, winning various awards including Top Student three years running!
