Gillys Catering

Gill Chu, "Gilly" has been working in Nailsea for over 15 years, the past 10 from her base at Gilly's Café in the high street. She has over 30 years experience as a caterer since qualifying from catering college, is an accomplished baker and chef and has been influenced by her Chinese and Scottish parents to develop her individual skills.

Gilly prides herself in the quality and quantity of her menus, in the Café And in outside catering and she is always looking to source and use local produce. Gilly and the Cafe are at the heart of the Nailsea Community and are very active in local events and issues.
