About the Business
J2 Catering is run by Jane and Jem who between them have over 30 years experience in the catering trade. Jem was a chef in the Navy for 25 years and Jane has run two successful family pubs, owned a tea room and more recently they have both worked for a catering contractor.
Their experience and reputation has been achieved through both small, intimate family occasions and large corporate events such as summer charity balls. It was these fantastic function management skills and their supportive and cherished relationship that encouraged them to put their experience together and start up their own business.
Jane and Jem employ only the best staff to work at their outside and in-house functions. All their staff are hand picked for their loyalty and friendliness and are well-known for their commitment to quality service.
