After spending 7 years working in the catering trade I turned to working in the training industry and spent 13 years working for a variety of Hospitality training companies and most recently have worked in the welfare to work industry as an area manager. In recent months I became a bit jaded with the 9 til 5 and thought it was about time I took a risk, and here it is!
