We require of £5 per person deposit for bookings over 6 people or more, your deposit is deducted from your bill in full if the original number of people turn up. Square 1 Restaurant is run by Spencerand Claire Hewitt who also own Square 1 Cafe in Debden, Saffron Walden. The set lunch menu is changed daily to offer fresh and seasonal dishes, the ala carte evening menu is changed every 2-4 weeks and is full of locally sourced produce and influence from French, Italian and modern British cuisine.
