Catering by ME was founded by Matthew Eades, a professional chef who has been catering for events, large and small, for over 10 years. Always a lover of great food, Matthew left his career as aMechanical Engineer with a large design consultancy in order to pursue this passion professionally.

Private chef Cassie Parris started cooking at the tender age of 10 years old. Hugely influenced by her grandmother; Cassie regularly cooked family meals for her working mother and her 3 youngersiblings. Following several years of office administration work Cassie soon found her way back into the kitchen starting her professional cooking career at Marks and Spencer's where she started formal training, followed by Lovells Construction cooking in both their staff and customer restaurants in London.
We have known each other for 15 years and more recently I moved direction from managing restaurants to join Jan at her established deli in Chiswick (Grove Park Deli) as her Catering Manager. Jan hasbeen cooking professionally for over 30 years, from her training days at Langan's Brasserie to being Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's personal chef, with stints around the world in between. Almost immediately we started looking for a second Deli to co-own and hopefully repeat the success of Chiswick.
KANGANA EVENTS are an Events Management company specialising in outdoor catering for the Asian wedding industry, creating exquisite Asian cuisine with an established background working at varioushotels, venues, religious institutions and corporate companies. Kangana was established by two brothers Preet Chind and Raman Chind in 2008, building up a clientele base from their Restaurant and Banqueting suite in Wembley London.
