Private chef Cassie Parris started cooking at the tender age of 10 years old. Hugely influenced by her grandmother; Cassie regularly cooked family meals for her working mother and her 3 youngersiblings. Following several years of office administration work Cassie soon found her way back into the kitchen starting her professional cooking career at Marks and Spencer's where she started formal training, followed by Lovells Construction cooking in both their staff and customer restaurants in London.
Established in the year 2005 by Mrs. Prema, with a background of quality & excellence in coming up with a tasteful & healthy dishes of various hues & knowledge of culinary recipes that is vast &varied. Mrs. Prema decided to set up her own firm- Sri Foods Limited. We are representing Anila's Authentic Sauces Limited, manufacturers of Curry Sauces, Pickles, Chutneys, Dips and Daal.
