A career change saw him start work at the Chapel Pub in the west of London, one of the earlier great gastro pubs. There he became reacquainted withNigel, with whom he had previously worked sellingfalafels at Glastonbury Nigel offered Tim a job as assistant chef at Lodge Catering, where he was head chef. After two years' working together they developed their idea to set up a specialist al fresco catering company.
Nourish is a small company where the directors and staff are always 'hands-on' and available. The directors of the company have many years experience between them in both contract, educational andretail catering. All menus are planned and costed to budget whilst working within strict nutritional guidelines.
