Smiffy's Munch opened on High Brooms Industrial Estate in 2006. Now established for nine years, as well as this permanent pitch, we have two further vans that can travel to events. There is a largervan selling burgers, hot dogs and bacon rolls, or a smaller van serving jacket potatoes. We can also offer holiday cover for other local mobile catering businesses. At High Brooms Industrial Estate we are open from Monday to Saturday, weekdays from 8am to 2pm, on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.

Esme has enjoyed a 40-year career in catering, having originally trained in hotel management at Hollings College in Manchester. She then attended the Cordon Bleu School in London, where she achievedher Advanced Certificate in Cookery, which supported her in her further career working as a private chef in Chantilly, France and at Chateau Leoville Barton in Pauillac, France.
