I grew up in the north east of Thailand in the Chaiyapum region. At the age of 16, I went to the cooking academy in Khonkan, which is close to my hometown. I moved to Bangkok when I was 20 and, havingworked hard, opened my own Thai restaurant. I ran my restaurant for seven years before moving to England. I began my business after having friends around for a meal, I never found the time to sit down and talk and enjoy their company.
